  You have to be exceptionally good or exceptionally horrible as a business to get my time to type any review. When I do, its long with details. So get comfy, I have a lot to say. Yorkshire Woods is an exceptional place to live. At 46 years old, I have lived in great neighborhoods all over Ohio and a condo that was a 1.5 mile jog to the ocean in South Carolina. I have never in my lifetime stayed anywhere as clean, quiet, fun, well maintained and affordable, for what you receive, as this place. Been here for 1.5 years. What would make me type this at 4am, when I got out of bed just to drink water and see how much snow hit last night?...because they were quietly plowing the sidewalks at 4am! I will have no problem walking to my garage and going to the gym at 8am now. I grew up in the Cleveland Snow Belt. I'm used to shoveling, while wiping my nose on Saturday mornings. His staff are friendly and truly take care of the grounds. Great folks. Looking for a place with a clean private pool all summer? Its here. There aren't 100 kids in it. Adults, young & old, and a few kids, swim, tan, read and listen to music all summer. Looking for a place with a gym? Its here, A full Dumbbell set to 50lbs, curl bar, full set of weights for it, 2 modern treadmills, an elliptical machine, a stationary bike and a FULL cable machine. Its perfect. If you live here and you are not in shape, you are just lazy. Tennis courts here, Golf course right next door, batting cages/putt putt/driving range at the top of the hill. Need a running partner for 5k or marathon training? I run alone but had 6 different runners ask if I needed a running partner. Looking for a diverse neighborhood? The residents look like a bag of skittles. Professionals of all races. Looking for a quiet place because you work long hours? I stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (why is my wife so happy that we don't share a bathroom anymore? lol) with a fireplace, patio and 1 car garage. My building is full. This is the quietest place I have ever lived. Spooked me at first. Felt like I was living in the Walking Dead tv show. Cars everywhere but few people in sight, day after day, night after night. In the summer, I wake up early and read on the porch. Deer and rabbits walk by my porch like I'm on the set of the movie Bambi. At night, stars in the sky. The parking lot lights are not too bright. .
